How to charge your Navigo Pass
- In Agencies:
– SNCF Iles de France Agencies:
You will receive your pass in an SNCF Iles de France agencie. Here, you can immediatly charge your Navigo Pass for the week or for the month.
You will need :
-your Navigo Pass
-your credit card (with codes).
Find the SNCF Iles de France agencies on the bottom of the page*.
– Infomations Points :
The agents are not always here, but when they are, you can charge your pass.
You will need:
– your Navigo Pass
-your credit card (with codes)
You can find Informations Point in all stations.

On the Machines:
/!\ Many machines can charge your pass.
Choose a machine that accepts the payment method you want to use. Some of them are by cash only or by credit card only.
Look icones at the top right to find out what are the accepted methods of payment.
You will need:
– your Navigo Pass
– your credit card (with codes)
– bills (it depend of the machine)
–Moneo card (no more than 30 euros) [ HAVE TO BE CHECK ]
Choose a language. =====> Click on “Reload Navigo Pass”
Click on “buy”
–> Choose the weekly pass for the two last week of September.
–> Choose a monthly pass for October, November and December.
Click on “ok” to select the zone 1. Go down with the cursor. Click “ok” to select the zone 2.
You can’t select just one zone. Don’t worry, Paris town equals the zones 1 and 2.
/!\ Last comments: the “week” option with your Navigo Pass, does not enable you to travel through all zones on the week ends, but the “month” option does !
Then, choose you payment method and pay. Now you are ready to go all over Paris!! 🙂
